I have to say this was the most challenging design project I’ve had in awhile! I was working with the bride’s father, an art director of a well-known ad agency, who is very amazing to work with!
We started with 3 sketches and narrowed it down to this design. We worked with the elements we liked; layering the roses, adding the monogram, and working with different weights of line until the design felt concrete.
This is a 3-color invite set in red, black and chocolate brown all printed on arturo italian paper.
